ADA KOKOSAR

When you elicit a few hundred comments on The Sartorialist's blog then you know you have something special. Ada Kokosar is a stylist with a specifically 70's vibe and her own brand of Chloe Sevigny cool (it doesn't hurt that they look alike). Extremely well put together but still with ease, Kokosar has the stylists knowledge to choose colours and silhouettes fitting to her personality. Photos of her are sparse but I have a feeling she will be popping up on Jak & Jil and Garance Doré anytime soon ...

I didn't know if I should make this into a completely different post but at the risk of sounding too show-offy, I'll just post it here. I was recently reading July Stars, and she blogged about being mentioned in the British Fashion Council's blog hub. I was intrigued to see who else was included so I scrolled down ... and then I became more than shocked to see my blog, right there in between SRC783 and The Sartorialist. I'm one of those people that can never take a compliment and self deprecating humour is what I'm known for. So whenever someone leaves a nice comment or sends a kind email I can never fully believe it. But to see someone pick my blog as their favourite ... its honestly such a great feeling. So thank you to whomever, congratulations to all of the other beautiful blogs and make sure you visit the site to read the others.
